Rho kinase C

Unless otherwise stated all data on this page refer to the human proteins. Gene information is provided for human (Hs), mouse (Mm) and rat (Rn).

Overview

« Hide

Rho kinase (also known as P160ROCK, Rho-activated kinase) is activated by members of the Rho small G protein family, which are activated by GTP exchange factors, such as ARHGEF1 (Q92888, p115-RhoGEF), which in turn may be activated by Gα12/13 subunits [4].
