Latest database release, version 2019.3 released 13th June 2019

  • Release 2019.3 is the third release of the, please read full release details in our blog post
  • The cereblon protein has been added, including quantitative data to three approved thalidomide type drugs
  • Several 'new to GtoPdb' CRF-1 receptor antagonists
  • Addition of nudix hydrolase 7 and the first reported covalent inhibitor NUDT7-COV-1
  • The Antimalarial targets family and the Antimalarial ligands family have been updated, giving a total of 25 P. falciparum (3D7) targets and 65 ligands tagged as antimalarial in the database
  • Expanded capture and display of Target Candidate Profiles in GtoMPdb
